When you write to us at hello@humanoidrobotuk.co.uk, we receive your email address and any other personal information you choose to include in your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list as a result of an email contact unless you explicitly ask us to.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests. Responding to unsolicited enquiries is a legitimate business purpose. Correspondence is retained for a reasonable period in case of follow-up, then deleted.
This site may use standard web analytics to understand how content is being read. Where analytics are used, they are configured to collect only aggregate data (pages visited, referral source, approximate geography) and do not track individual visitors across sessions. No cookies are set for analytics purposes without consent, in compliance with PECR.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests for aggregate, non-identifying analytics. Consent is required before any cookie-based tracking is activated.
If and when a newsletter is launched, subscribers will be asked to provide their email address and give explicit consent to receive it. The sign-up form will include a clear statement of what is being subscribed to, how to unsubscribe, and a link to this privacy notice. No newsletter is currently active.

This site does not collect payment data (we have no shop or subscription on this domain). It does not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. It does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Where we use third-party services (for example a newsletter platform, if one is added in future, or web hosting), those providers process data on our behalf as data processors under contractual terms that meet UK GDPR requirements.
Email correspondence is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle the matter raised, typically up to 12 months, then deleted. Newsletter subscription data is held for as long as the subscription is active, plus a short period after unsubscription for administrative purposes.
